Ottawa, Canada – 12 July, 2021 – Nexcomm Asia is honoured to be appointed as a distributor of Tallysman Wireless for the Asia Pacific region. Tallysman®, A Calian Group company, is a leading Canadian producer of high performance GNSS antennas and related products that are focused on the requirements for high precision and multi-constellational GNSS.
The distribution agreement between the two companies will see Nexcomm Asia expand its wireless solutions portfolio to include Tallysman Precision GNSS solutions, while expanding the Asia Pacific sales and support capabilities of Tallysman. Headquartered in Singapore, Nexcomm Asia operates in many countries namely India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar and the Philippines.
Tallysman is recognized and known for Accutenna® and VeraPhase® technology, as well as recently introducing VeroStarTM and Helical innovations. These technologies have proven to provide the highest performance antennas (low axial ratios, high multi-path signal rejection, tight PCV) in their size and weight, while setting economical price points.
The latest addition being the VeroStarTM Marine Precision GNSS antennas; VSP6037L-MAR and VSP6337L-MAR. VeroStar antennas provide best-in-class, low elevation angle tracking of the full GNSS spectrum and L-band correction signals using a novel element developed by Tallysman. The wideband spherical antenna element enables VeroStar antennas to deliver ±2 mm phase centre variation (PCV), making them ideal for all high-precision marine, positioning, and machine control applications.
